Ladies,

Have any of you heard of or used these? They are AMAZING! Expensive but if you can smell them and then smell the usual ones in health food stores there is a world of difference.

Love Young Living blends for personal use. Favorites...Joy & Valor. Too spendy for soap tho. I use EOU most of the time for soap.

Yes they are pricey. But after comparing them to the other "pure" oils already in the cabinet there is a huge difference. I don't know that I would buy these for soap making either, but for purely health and medicinal reasons I definetly will! (I am considering getting into soap making more as well later - need to try a home business when we get settled - sewing, soap, candles, knitting, etc.)

Blessings,

Holly

OMG they are $$$$$
for quality and price I really have been very pleased with http://www.libertynatural.com/ http://www.camdengrey.com/ and http://www.essentialoils.org/
Some essential oils I buy 10-20lbs at a time. I also can tell if it has been cut and with what by looking at it or the second it hits a batch of soap. Most soapmakers can do this also and buy from these 3 companies. EOU also has some great blends... I have yet to try them all. Also for great EO blends A garden eastward http://addy.com/brinkley/index.html. I have purchased from all of these places and have been nothing less than pleased as punch.

All sell in small quantities.

Some essential oils really just dont smell good. Jasmine smells like cat pee and Ginger smells like dirty feet out of the bottle. Some do need to be diluted a lot more than others for them to smell "right".

I also wanted to state that I wasn't trying to advertise............sorry sorry if it came off that way! I really wanted to just say how wonderful these oils are and that we should all be learning more about them!

I had a flea bite on my arm this morning (we're in OK and it's spring!) and put a drop of thyme and then a drop of theives on it and you can't even tell where it was!

They also have a healing oils of the Bible kit which is great, lots of health related info. Also that the oils are SO different from the health food store ones........even the ones that say 100% pure. If you smell one of the YL oils and then one of the others you can actually SMELL the chemicals!

Just starting out to learn as well but I think they have great potential for health issues.

Blessings!

You know what..the YOung Living farm is only about 45 minutes north of me. I did go to an aromatherapy workshop one time where they were selling and demo-ing them...wonderful stuff. Good luck Holly!
