Well, hello there!

I just developed an organic, clean-food based 10 day detox for those who want to get ready for the holidays.

Here is the link to check out the details: http://wholehealthdesigns.com/fresh-start-10-day-detox-special/

I've coached hundreds of people (especially women) with these safe cleanses with amazing results:

*weight loss (7 lbs is average)
*clear skin
*bright eyes
*sharp focus
*belly fat loss
*better sleep
*less moodiness

I can give you information about how to design your own detox (i.e. what foods you can use based on the seasons, recipes, menu, and activities like breathing, dry brushing, etc...). I have a DIY Detox Toolkit with steps on developing a healthy and safe detox without pills, powders, or starving.

You can also check out my article in Breathe magazine (here is the link for the online article; the print is issued at Whole Foods: http://www.readbreathe.com/get-the-glow-for-your-wedding-day/)
for the Wedding Issue. I write about how a bride can do her own cleanse before the big day.

So excited to be a part of the MaryJanesFarm community! lisa

Wow. That's expensive! I couldn't afford that. We try to share recipes and whatnot on here for healthy living. I would LOVE to hear some of your other recipes! I don't think I could afford to spend $90 for cleanse recipes. I hope it works out for you!
