This year for Mother's Day my daughters got together and made me a Herbal Bath Hanging Basket. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving! They planted Lavender, Rose Geranium, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme and added little sachets of Calendula Flowers, Chamomile Blossoms, and Rose Petals. Then they made cute little "Herbal Bath" recipe cards for me and included a tea strainer to put the herbs in. I don't us it because I like the real herbs just floating around me in the water! It's hanging on my deck outside of the kitchen right now.
Now my sons-in-law and husband are going to build a wall-tent with claw foot tub for me (just like MaryJane's) in our pasture near our garden. Can't wait to hang it up there and bath outdoors using my wonderful "gift basket"!
I think this would make make great gifts for farmgirl sisters, friends, and folks that need a "pick-me-up". Marlies Sister 1827

the scent alone would be relaxing
