I've been working on 'chicken projects' and whilst doing some online surfing, I came across a website for the annual Wayne, Nebraska "Chicken Show" in July...going on for over 30 years and it is HUGE. They expect 10,000 visitors. The 'show' is a town festival with a parade, flea market, vendors and all kinds of other events etc. http://www.chickenshow.com/vendors/

I thought it would be a really fun article for either The Cluck or the MJF paper magazine. I checked out the journey on Map Quest and sadly it is just too far for me...well over a 13 hour drive. So, I got to thinkin' that mayyyy-be there were some Nebraska Farmgirls out there that might attend and later send in an article & photos??? You can't get more farmy than Nebraska...I mean that's an old cliche'..."Nebraska farmgirl". Whuddya think?

OMG they have" clucktibles " available. I am rolling on the floor.
I want one of those shirts. It can go in my camper next to my "Gimme that fish, gimme that filet o fish"
