In the "Raising Jane" issue of MaryJanesFarm Magazine on page 10 we met Jo Davidson, singer, songwriter, farmgirl extraordinaire! Recently I picked up her Christmas album. It is a beautiful compilation of Christmas standards played on a vintage 1929 Steinway Grand Piano. The CD is exquisite, so I added the link above if you have a special someone on your Christmas list.

I love Christmas and everything about it..shopping, baking, music, family ,tree, decorating, wrapping presents, lighting my house. Music in any form really puts a person in a great mood....

Oh I teach music at the catholic school and for our christmas concert (apparently they havent been having one before me) we're doing the good ol carols from jingle bells, rudolph, christmas don't be late (chipmunks), bring a torch jeannette isabella. :) I like it simple and sweet and so they LEARN the correct lyrics.

I love Christmas music! It makes the whole holiday season so wonderful...except hearing it constantly when I worked retail ugh!!! But now it is great!
