If you get a chance, check out Maria Rodale's article in Men's Health on-line. The article, titled "Organic Food:15 Ways to Change the World (and Your Life)... What organic can do for you" By: Maria Rodale, Photographs by: Stephen Lewis is great to print out and share with those who do not see a need for "organically grown" foods. Her book is titled "Organic Manifesto". Her family is in publishing (Men's Health and other related periodicals) and her grandfather started the first magazine on organic farming long before folks believed oragnics meant anything. The article is an easy read with scientific back-up without too much technicality, so it makes a good read for those who poo-poo what MJ and those who are trying to accomplish. Thought I would share.

Thanks Kim! The more little tidbits I can feed my mainstream husband the more he comes over to our side! LOL
