I wasn't quite sure where to put this post so bear with me. I wish I would have known about these sites a bit before Christmas was so close.
These two companies either make their toys in the USA or they use fair trade products. Many are green/organic/sustainable. Just thought you might want an alternative to the Chinese made "heatlh attack" toys.

We make children's wooden toys, and decided not to this year. The economy is so bad.....we felt it would cost us more than in past years for supplies, etc. Yet we didn't think it fair to raise prices.

Your welcome Theresa. We also need more people who are more worried about their children's health and safety than saving $3 dollars! And that's not directed to anyone here whatsoever. I thought toys would do great for the holidays, but I was quite wrong!

If you are looking for SAFE AMERICAN MADE toys, please visit my website! I do not carry one single imported thing in my entire store! I support Americans and other small businesses ONLY!

Thanks

Nice to know! Buying anything for the grandkids is really difficult; I won't buy anything made in China and/or plastic.
