I noticed in your first book that you say apples can be canned with pressure (vs. hot water) would you consider including more data on fruits & other things that do really well with a pressure canner or how such a canner can be used for hot water canning? Also, would you consider adding a section for great things to put in pots to grow? Just some thoughts.....

Also, I'm on my way to doig alot of things organic--I always appreciate the brands of organic things and what stores sell them.....
