just got an e-mail from a friend about "HAND-SANITIZER" being potentially VERY dangerous to small children .. she gave the SNOPES (urban ledgends website to me to check out) PLEASE look at it and decide how you will handle this product .. and make sure everyone you know with small children reads it too!

you gotta' wonder about all kinds of products we put on our children .. suntan lotion .. bug spray .. even 'natural' can sometimes be dangerous .. we jus' gotta' be vigilant and spread the news when we hear of sumpthin'!

Okay - after checking out the snopes site, I've moved out hand sanitizer bottle (yech - I know, but I use it after particularly "iffy" experiences with animals)up *INTO* a closed cupboard above the reach of curious little (and bigger) hands!
