So I followed the Marshmallow recipe using the chill over powder. But I ended up with Marshmallow fluff. Not a Marshmallow I could use on a campfire. Help. Anyone know where I went wrong?

Oh thanks for the heads up on the Idea book. I have that at home. I used the recipe in the Glamping book because I remembered it was there. So I will see if ZI can figure out what it was by the Idea book. I didn't change ingredients. I did omit the salt, if that was in it. Would that matter?

Hard to say where it went wrong for you. Our ChillOver powder hasn't changed at all. Were there ingredients you substituted? Did you change cook times?

In my Ideabook, I provided step-by-step photos of the process and you can see how it turned into solid marshmallows. We've made the recipe many times and it has always turned out for us.

Sorry I can't be of help.
