I did a little more investigating and I know why you were removed. It looks like your Sisterhood Membership expired earlier this year. Doh! I should have done all of the due diligence before responding. Thanks for letting me know. It looks like we had your email address wrong. I copied the email address attached to your chat room account and signed you up for the Cluck. I will send you the email directly for July's and you can access any past issues from that link as well. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi Erin,
It looks like we had a different email address on file to send the Cluck to. I went ahead and changed it to match the email address attached to your chat room account. I forwarded the June Cluck to that email address and you will even notice that you now have a sweet hexagon badge under your username. :)

Hi Roxanna,
On my end it looks like the Cluck should be arriving. Have you checked your junk mail folder? I have heard reports of the Cluck getting caught in the Junk mail while the weekly recipes and blog alerts get through. I'm sure we can figure this out.

Thanks for letting me know of the problem. Cindy, I looked into your account and it looks like it was my mistake. I had a typo when I entered your email address. At the moment I only have you signed up for the Cluck email list. If you would like to be added to any of the blogs or weekly recipes please let me know and I'll sign you up for those. Sorry about the mistake.
Paula, I was able to find your email address in our email marketing system. However, it looks like I only had you signed up for the Raising Jane journal and weekly emails. I have that corrected and you are on the Cluck mailing list now so you won't have to access the archives.

Interesting. I didn't receive an email either, but I never receive the notices a new one is available, I just go to the index web page to see if a new one is out there. I thought they might have just been running a little behind. Thanks for the update!

Hi Deb,
It looks like you should be getting the Cluck. The email address we have on file for you is the same as the email you have attached to your chat room account. Have the Blog alerts and Weekly recipes been arriving? I would double check your junk folder since emails can get caught there pretty easily. The next Cluck comes out next week so keep your eyes peeled. Call or email me if you continue to have issues.
