I LOVED the pictures and recipes in this issue-I'm TOTALLY going to make that stuffing-stuffed-pumpkin. I can't wait! That is such an awesome idea. Another winner from MaryJane!

I just tried the stuffed and roasted pumpkin recipe for a Fall Gathering for our farmgirl chapter, Friday night. They were delicous! Everyone was quite suprised on how good they were. Thank you MaryJane for this wonderful Fall dish. There is a picture of them on my blog, check it out.

I have not tried the pumpkin, but the recipe for apple stuffed squash on the web site is wonderful... I cut the brown sugar in 1/2..

I want to make the stuffed pumpkin, too! Has anyone tried it? Can you improvise the stuffing for taste and allergies? mmmmmm! --Lisa
