I'm not a HUGE fan of "Instant" potatoes, and I mostly use the flakes for my sourdough bread. When I got these, I was excited to see MaryJane's take on loaded mashed potatoes.
These are SO good! They've got those "Bac-un" bits, spices, and cheese in them. The two servings are HUGE! A whole CUP of those mashed potatoes will REALLY fill you up-a meal on their own! I'm taking the leftovers today and spooning them into twice baked potatoes! :)

Marybeth, how cool is that?!? Those potatoes are definitely one of my favorites. I think they'd be super good on top of a shepherds pie-or with a bakeover!
