OH MY I just got my first box of goodies from Mary Jane's Farm! The Organic Sweet Corn and Black Bean Chowder is TO DIE FOR! That is what I had for supper tonight! Can't wait to try everything else I ordered...which is pretty much one of everything! I will give you a report as I try each product! YUMMY! I knew it would be great stuff...but I am so "way past" pleased!

Thank YOU! Great service, great food!

I am sitting here enjoying my Peasant Tomato Soup while I am reading over the posts. When I visited the Farm last month, I bought many, many items to try. So far, I haven't found one I don't like. Love the hummus. Haven't tried any of the bakeovers yet...found the mix, found the pan. Just can't find the stove yet...think it's on the moving truck that gets here tomorrow.

Hey girls,

Robin, thank you for your email and everyone's suggestions, this is how we all grow and share the most delicious ideas. As I told Robin, I have been working on Farmgirl Panbread (pizza) for our next Farm Kitchen workbook. There will be about a dozen different recipes. This should keep our families happy.... and good for them at the same time. We love your other suggestions also and will keep them in our working minds....

Oh, the pizza kit sounds yummy! Have you ever had grilled pizza. A friend of ours grills pizza for us every now and again and it is delicious! I haven't tried to grill it yet myself.

I just emailed Iris at MJF and gave her those ideas to give to MJ. Hope she responds!!!!

Good ideas Robin...I'd like to see an organic pizza crust mix, and a dehydrated pizza sauce mix with organic tomatoes...call it MaryJanes Farmstyle Pizza Kit!

Hi! I am wondering if MaryJane would get into CANNING some of her foods - like making apple butter? I'm just thinking of how terrific it would be. And maybe honey from her bees? Selling honey in the jars? Would she give this idea a thought?

I do the Pesto Fry Bread as a bakeover. I use yellow squash, zuchini, tomatoes, carrots, and onions for the veggies. I season it with salt, pepper, sweet basil and oregano. I serve it with fresh corn on the cob and fresh fruit like watermelon or strawberries sprinkled with sugar. It is yummy. It is quite enough to fill anyone up, even meat eaters.

Yesterday my first package of good stuff arrived! I am so excited to try everything-but I need help with combos for the BakeOvers-any suggestions? I love all veggies but need something meaty to satisfy others in the house!

The MJ foods are excellent! My favorites are the organic peasant tomato soup, red bell pepper pasta, and I use the garlic bread as a bakeover with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, and mozzerella and parmesan cheese; The foods are so fresh and taste earthy and satisfying! I also love the organic hot cocoa mix! I need to order more!

I do the bake-overs often. I love the garlic pesto bread for this, and I use squash, stewed or fresh tomatoes, carrots, zuchini, onions, basil, and oregano. What a great dinner it makes! I have a blonde brownie mix right now I have yet to try - I better do that so I can enjoy more goodness!
