First of all, I love chocolate in ANY form. Ice cream, pie, bar, cake...

I recently had some Jello chocolate mousse. It was really good! But I can't eat that whole boxful (I got the whole box, not just the singles) in one sitting, and after sitting in the fridge a day the texture changes to less-mousse-more pudding-like texture.

Well, enter MJF's chocolate mousse! I made this yesterday. Besides only taking water and 5 minutes to make (Which, I wonder if you could use milk?) it was ready. The chocolate mousse was divine. Light, airy, smooth...just wonderful. And you can freeze it, too, and it will taste like chocolate ice cream! Mine is in the freezer right now for tonight's dessert.

Well, I haven't seen many reviews on the food-tons on the budget mix, and since there is some mystery (at least in my opinion) about how it tastes, I thought I'd share my experiences/tastes!
