Posted - Jun 02 2011 : 02:58:41 AMMy husband and I had the red pesto pasta the other night. I served it with the pesto fry bread, since my husband and I love anything pesto!
I am amazed at how the pasta softens and everything "melds" together so nicely. The pasta is always perfectly al dente. The sauce? The sauce is superb! It's wonderful. Rich and thick...and when MaryJane talks about the strings of parmesan sticking to your spoon...they do! I have no idea how she does it, or who her "Tasters" are, but they've got it spot on!
