Posted - Feb 17 2011 : 2:47:17 PM I just bought some Chill Over powder. I haven't used it yet, but I want to try it for strawberry preserves. My question is, can I use it for freezer preserves? I always make freezer preserves and I need to know if this will work. Thanks! Melody Farm Girl #833 |

Posted - Feb 21 2011 : 11:36:40 AM After making and freezing dozens of batches of Jams with the ChillOver powder. I can testify that it works super-duper-holy-moly-really-and-for-true well. I have some Blackberry Jam in my freezer at the moment.
Enjoy!
