Good Morning!
I made pancakes this morning with the buttermilk biscuit mix.
They were great!
I used about twice the water and a little more.
Worked wonderfully!
Give it try!

Try waffles, too! I used the pancake recipe in MaryJanes magazine with her Organic Farmgirl Budget Mix to make Belgian waffles in my waffle maker yesterday. Hubby and visiting relatives gave them rave reviews over my regular mix. These waffles were very light and really tasty - very fresh tasting. With sliced strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream, we created our new favorite "waffle house" at home.

I was just thinking about what to make for breakfast tomorrow morning since husband will be home in the am - now I know!

Thanks for the suggestion!

XOXO, Libbie
