I renewed my membership a few weeks ago at the same time I ordered some products. When my (highly anticipated!) order arrived, I was surprised to see I did not get a new certificate. The first one I have had an expiration date on it, and I was expecting an up-to-date certificate.
Does anyone know if a renewal just doesn't come with a new certificate, or do I need to contact the Farm to let them know mine was missing? |

Brian from the farm here! We send out emails the month prior to Sisterhood memberships expiring. For instance I sent out reminders for March earlier this week. We try to give you folks plenty of time. If your expiration date has come and gone and you have not received any email reminders please send me an email, Brianogle@maryjanesfarm.org and I'll see what happened.

I was just wondering. Will I receive a notice in the mail that says I need to renew my membership or do I need to contact someone at the farm? I still have a few months to go but, I don't want to be unprepared and lose my number.

Brian, welcome and thanks for the update! I DID frame my first one and that's neat to know they will be different AND collectible. I think mine expires in April or June....I'll have to check but what a great idea. Good luck on the new job!

Howdy Folks! This is Brian from MaryJanesFarm. I took over Sunny's position here at the farm in early January. In the time between Sunny leaving and me training, Sisterhood renewals have been on the backburner. Now that I am (mostly) trained, we are moving forward with Sisterhood renewal certificates. We are working towards making your certificate a collector's quality certificate that you'll want to keep forever. Each year of membership grants you a new certificate with a new picture that you are encouraged to frame and collect. Every new Sisterhood member gets the classic black and white with the nine farmgirls lined up. Second year members will receive a new one and then when we get further along there will be a third and fourth year renewal certificate. When we have the new certificate ready we will be going back several months in our renewals and retroactively sending out your renewal certificate.
I hope this clears up some questions. If you have any more feel free to email me.
