Sunshine,

I was actually responding to Bonnie. Sorry for the confusion. I see that Tanja responded to your earlier post. Can you send her your mailing address and name so she can look into your subscription issue?

Thanks.

Greg

I took a look at your subscription record and see that more than one issue of MaryJanesFarm has not reached you. I also noticed that your address is a PO Box. For some reason, delivery problems to PO Boxes outnumber those to street addresses. I'm not sure why but am investigating. I suggest you ask your Postmaster how they handle delivery of magazines to PO Boxes. What happens if the box is full? Could they be mistaking the magazine for a catalog? If you get a useful answer, be sure to share it on this forum.

Thanks.

Greg

Bonnie I called mjf office last month and they sent one out now this month it happened again and I called and it shows they sent it but no mag. here. I am starting to think they are being sold on the blackmarket or something. I am only trying one more month if they can't get it right well send me my money back. I get mail all the time from the states and it only usually takes a week so I don't know.

I called the publisher today about my Feb/Mar. which I still have not gotten nor my Dec/Jan. I was told that the Feb/Mar issue was not consider late until after Feb. 12th. I hope this information will help others. It looks like many of us are having problems getting our issues. The publisher did not offer to put a tracking on my subscription, all they did today was look at my account and told me about the late date.
levisgrammy Posted - Feb 01 2009 : 4:03:47 PM
I called the publisher and they extended my subscription and also put something like tracking on my subscription so they can find out what is happening to my mags. Like at what post office I guess. I had not received my dec/jan or my feb/march but it has been taken care of.

No you're not, although they did extend my sub the 2 months I hadn't received anything. That was very kind...

In the meantime they re-sent the Dec/Jan issue and I had already bought it elsewhere. I did just get the Feb mar issue yesterday.

Even so I don't want to have to bug them every month or two...And I'm too rural to be able to go buy these when they don't arrive. I jut happened to be in Tucson when I got the Dec/Jan issue.

I still have not gotten my Feb./March and I never did get my Dec./Jan. called the subscription number and they added 1 to the end of my subscription. I started my subscription with the Oct/Nov. and it was late also, but they sent me another one out. So this looks like it is going to happen each month. I will wait until the end of this week and then call again, I just do not like having to do this each month. I would rather get the issues as they come out and not have the subscription made longer. Am, I the only one that feels this way?
electricdunce Posted - Jan 31 2009 : 1:33:39 PM
I called the subscription number and they sent out a copy right away.

Ladies, I just got mine yesterday. Maybe it's just long in coming. But let the folks know. I never got the last issue, which they said they sent. They sent another but I had already bought one.

This seems rather common. Is there a problem with the publishing houses' mailing system? Or just a fluke?

Hi Sunshine. I know that is has come out. Mom was having the same problem and I believe she contacted the farm to find out where it had gone. :)
