I'm new to the whole gluten free thing. This might be a silly question, but can you just use the gluten free budget mix in place of the regular mix in MJ's recipes in the magazines and book? Or if not, is there a way to make them work?

Hi Emme,

That's not a silly question at all! My understanding is that the wheat-based Budget Mix recipes are not straight-across substitutes with the Gluten-Free mix. Some may work, and some may need to be adjusted. I'll have to ask the expert, MaryJane! I'll get back to you when I know more.

Thanks for asking a great question!
