Went to the shopping section and did not see a 2008 calendar listed, is there going to be one? I love my 2007 and would like to get one for this next year. Please say there is going to be one

So glad I found this thread again! I just ordered two calendars, and I sit looking at my current one as I write. Hangs over by my drawing table.

Can't wait to see the new one!

I preordered my calendar today. Now I have to decide, keep it at home, or take it to work...

Ooh, that's lovely! And such a great idea for presents!

babysmama:

Chessie's right. The calendar, unfolded, measures about 17" tall by 11" wide (2 letter size pages, landscape orientation, attached on the long edge). So, folded, it's 8½ by 11 (plus space for the binding, if I must be precise).

The size is in the description of the calendar on its product page:

Elizabeth, well, i think they are of normal size. 8 1/2 x 11 times two spiral bound (landscape format) so when open it measures approx 17 x 11 inches. BTW i'm eyeballing it on my wall not measuring it. These will make dandy xmas gifts for some very lucky folks, karen

Are these calendars about the size of a regular calendar? I missed out on the 2007 ones and want to order some of the 2008 for Christmas gifts, but want them to be normal sized. Help answer my question!!

Time, to me, is measured by the blessings and beauty of life. And my 2007 MJF calendar does exactly this! I have it in my computer/craft room, and the photos each month inspire me and make life more beautiful.

Yea for 2008! I will get one for sure!

I kept my MJF calendar in perfect shape (hung in my kitchen, but not one was allowed to write on it) so I could make a tote out of it when the year is over!! Yours is sure cute!

Ok, in my opinion the 07 calendar was perfect and I can't wait for the '08. I happen to be a calendar junkie so this is High Praise! I fell in love with MaryJane and you all because I discovered the calendar purse instructions in the lifebook and had to buy the book because of it and eventually i discovered everything else! (Finally something Great to do with all my old calendars). I made calendar purses (per lifebook instructions but have since found the instructions are also online) for all my friends last year for Christmas but didn't make myself one, so, I am making myself a calendar purse out of my 07 mjf calendar. Every year I sell (out of!) my best friend's herbal calendar published by tidemark. It is one of my best selling items! So, last year, I made her particular purse with her calendar! Even better, it was made with pages I had a hand in proofreading or recipe testing etc… very personal. I hit a home run with that gift - she cried. Can't wait to make the one for me out of my mjf calendar... I am going to try to insert picture of my friends bag, now... wish me luck about that...if no picture oh well I’ll keep trying. Karen

I thought the paper used in the 2007 one was great! It wasn't slick at all. Did you have this one?

One thing I look for in a calendar that seems a bit silly is that the pages aren't slick. When I write appointments on the slick pages, the ink smears.

Some people search for happiness; others create it.

The calander is no longer listed. It was a 2007 calander and if I remember correctly it came out around November last year. When the new one becomes available it will be here http://www.maryjanesfarm.com/categories/library.asp The calander is absolutly beautiful.

I am still looking for something that talks about the calendar. Haven't been able to find it yet. Can someone direct me to the right place?
