After reading the book, I'd love to try making chill-overs. It's really hard for me to find kosher gelatin, since most animal gelatins aren't kosher. Most kosher gel products are made with fruit pectin, which doesn't really set very well.

I'd love to try a vegetable gelatin, but I only buy products with kosher certification. Are there any plans to make Mary Jane's products kosher?

EXCELLENT! I'm going to tell everyone I know! Which other of Mary Jane's products are kosher?

Hi Ivmeer,

Our ChillOver product is kosher with a certification of the Orthodox Union. So get cookin' farmgirl. As far as our other products, I will pass the question of kosher for futher research.

Thanks for your interest in our products Ivmeer.
