Posted - Feb 25 2026 : 2:18:29 PM Our Great Dane(Maylee) was not handling the passing of Ady very well. She was very depressed and would stay in bed all day. She was even skipping meals. So we decided it was best to get her a new companion. Since bringing home our new dog she has returned to her happy self again! We picked out a Fawn Great Dane and named her Kiara! She has kept me very busy these past couple of days, but it makes me happy to see how happy she makes Maylee and the kids! Her first vet visit with us was yesterday and she is already 10.8 pounds. She's going to be a big girl like Maylee!.jpg?v 26160321)
