MaryJanesNiece	Posted - Feb 25 2026 : 2:18:29 PM Our Great Dane(Maylee) was not handling the passing of Ady very well. She was very depressed and would stay in bed all day. She was even skipping meals. So we decided it was best to get her a new companion. Since bringing home our new dog she has returned to her happy self again! We picked out a Fawn Great Dane and named her Kiara! She has kept me very busy these past couple of days, but it makes me happy to see how happy she makes Maylee and the kids! Her first vet visit with us was yesterday and she is already 10.8 pounds. She's going to be a big girl like Maylee! Krista Farmgirl Sister #528 Farmgirl Of The Year 2025

Wanda Sue	Posted - Nov 05 2026 : 08:53:16 AM Wow, Not even a year old yet, I didn’t know they grew that fast! I wonder if they experience growing pains like we did as children? A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel. Farm Girl #3677 Farmgirl of the Month: Aug/2022 Feb/2026

MaryJanesNiece	Posted - Apr 27 2026 : 1:25:30 PM I would think so too! Every Dane I have had sleeps like that. I heard once that they roll over like that to relieve the pressure and weight from their chest. I am not entirely sure if that is true or not. Krista Farmgirl Sister #528 Farmgirl Of The Year 2025
nndairy	Posted - Apr 24 2026 : 6:17:24 PM LOL! That looks like she would have a terrible kink in her neck when she gets up! Are all Dane's that funny? ~Heather “I would rather be on my farm than be emperor of the world.” — George Washington

nndairy	Posted - Apr 10 2026 : 6:33:57 PM Is Maylee teaching her to sleep on her back all bent around funny? ~Heather “I would rather be on my farm than be emperor of the world.” — George Washington
MaryJanesNiece	Posted - Apr 10 2026 : 1:32:54 PM I did order another pillow. I am still waiting for it to arrive. I am curious to see if she will sleep on her own or if she will still lay with Maylee. Krista Farmgirl Sister #528 Farmgirl Of The Year 2025
