I have a friend here on the Olympic Peninsula who raises chickens, sheep and cut flowers on her farm. Her name is Karen Driscol She has been publishing a wonderful little new paper called "The Egg Carton News"
This month she featured a story which included me. I was so excited I had to share it With Mary Jane. Mary Jane has asked me to share it with all of you. I love this little news paper and I think you will too. I will get permission from Karen to post the previous issues too.

Cute paper. Marsha is coming up to shear our sheep Saturday. Karen's name sounds familiar to me, but I'm not sure why. I see she's got a lincoln...any chance she's had icelandics?

Eileen, very cute paper! Thanks for posting that. Do you live in Port Townsend? Is there a farmgirl group there? I'm in Port Angeles. Pennie in Sequim started a group but I haven't heard from her since before Christmas. I think the last time she posted was December 19th.

That's wonderful!
I love this--"Spring is here, wake up the Bees!", and March Mudness certainly appeals to the non-basketball fever in me.

Really great article!

Eileen,
That is the cutest little paper and I love the tracking all the way to the finished product. Very nice that you are featured in the story.
