Anyone have a chicken incubator they just love??? We ar e looking for a smaller one that can hold 18 or more chicken eggs, but can also hold duck eggs (and maybe turkey and goose?). We need one that is user friendly, easily regulated, and can be operated by my 14 yo daughter.

Did it come with manual? If not sure you can find manual online. We don't start ours too early cause our model needs the room temp to be decent cause it is a "lower end" one and our house is pretty cold during winter.

I will look into it Andrea. Thanks! My mom bought her one for her birthday. I am not sure of the brand. It is styrofoam and abt $40 at Rural King. We can't seem to keep the temp regulated.... :/

My husband gave me a hoverbator last year. They will do all those eggs. Your daughter will be able to manage it just fine. Have to watch water levels, but directions simple. Ours is the kind that you turn the eggs by hand. I think there are more expensive ones that turn them for you. What fun your daughter will have!
