Posted - Jul 06 2015 : 8:13:28 PM A friend here locally has a pair of Percheron. Gray gelding and a black mare. He has used them in harness and for riding. Very calm, easy keeping horses. And BEAUTIFUL.

Posted - Jul 04 2015 : 04:37:30 AM We do not, however, intend to in the future. My mom's family is Old Order Amish... so they use horses for it all... be it working the farm or driving the family buggy. I'll write my cousin later this week and ask what breed they use for their farm.
