Sara, Yellow Rose, started a great thread about birds that you're seeing. Seems like a lot of farmgirls enjoy spotting these precious creatures.

You can share your information and experiences with an online official count. It doesn't take much time to enter your data and you don't have to be an expert. You can enter incidental sightings as well as sightings that you intentionally bird watch.

It's a site of Cornell Lab of Ornithology and the Audubon Society. It's a great resource for info. Plus, they always announce upcoming birdcounts.

This weekend, Saturday the 9th, is a birdcount. It's the Global Big Day.
