Posted - Nov 23 2006 : 3:55:34 PM Did the humane society know kitty was ill when you adopted her? That's too bad . . . sounds like she needs some TLC there and some socialization and kitty-litter skills BEFORE she is adopted again. So sorry to hear you will not be living with a black cat, or at least that one. Hope you find another very soon -- and the right one this time!! |

Posted - Nov 23 2006 : 11:54:30 AM I now I have to announce that my house is cat-less once again. We had to take her back due to a urination problem and illness. She was already costing too much money and taking too much time and energy with her accidents, force-feeding her with a syringe so she could take her medicine and basically just taking care of her. I was totally stressed out over the four days we had her...too much of a deja vu from when my older kitty died this summer. And too much to handle with my baby. I'm hoping we can find another cat who will suit our family soon. She just wasn't my cat. (And luckily, the Humane Society will nurse her back to health and put her up for adoption again with no timeline...so I don't have to worry about the worst happening to this sweet girl!)

Posted - Nov 19 2006 : 08:06:39 AM What a pretty kitty. Cats are wonderful and when you have had one and lost one it is a big empty space in your heart and home. Glad you were able to fill it with such a cutie.

P>S> I like the name but if you change it, I am sure she wouldn't mind.
