Smartie had to go or the HOA was going to charge my niece 50.00 dollars a day fine, she said she hangs with a kitten and wants no part of the other chickens. Thanks for trying to help ladies. Roxanna |

You know that is crazy to me you pay big money to HOA's but it is like they own you instead of you owning your home, thank God I am fortunate enough to live in the county where I am free to have chickens or whatever other livestock I choose to have! Roxanna |

I grew up in an HOA... grass length, house color, weed control, animal restrictions... gah, I'm so glad I live in the country now.
At least Smartie has a chance at living still :) Sorry your niece couldn't just keep her, though =/

Yeah, I use to be in Real Estate and the HOA rules can be crazy. Just try hanging out your laundry to dry!quote:
