We all decided to find Mazda a new home. We've been getting all the hens to get along, with our barred rock rooster - Sparta.

Since they all get along in one coop, and this prevents us from building a second coop, Mazda is leaving the farm. Not sure where yet, but the family is against stewing him.

I'm just happy we can eliminate the coop job, and start on the goat fencing and stalls. Phew!

Ah, roosters. They can be so sweet when they are little, and so...well, NOT sweet when they grow up!

I feel sorry for roosters. I get attached while their young and get my feelings hurt when they attack me! I have a friend who has taken my roosters and I get to visit.

....it's what's inside a women, when she's up against the land.
