Posted - May 12 2012 : 5:41:18 PM I stopped in to see the lady for whom I horse sit just to check in and see if everything was all right. She is going to get the barn cleaned out! Praise the Lord! She's also going to set it up so that the mule and horse are separted when they eat. She's also called the farrier for the old man's feet. I told her that I would keep the barn cleaned out for her if she wanted me to. I am so glad.

Posted - Jul 19 2012 : 08:36:17 AM Update again...The barn is cleaned out. It has been for about a week. She's going away this weekend, so while I'm horse sitting, I can keep it cleaned up. YAY! Happy horses!!! Will discuss further cleanings with her later. But now I can do my part.

Posted - May 13 2012 : 6:52:57 PM That is really good news Lorena. It should make the whole horse sitting experience much more pleasant in the future!!...not to mention the fact that those equines are going to be in a cleaner, healthier environment!

Posted - May 12 2012 : 6:00:20 PM Well if you are cleaning that barn I hope you are getting to ride one of them or something. I do understand that the reward of getting to see a couple of God's creatures clean and happy, but you deserve to get something for yourself out of it too. Stall cleaning is hard dirty work. Laura
