APHIS is a new rule that "The primary benefit of the proposed regulations would be the enhanced ability of the United States to regionalize and compartmentalize animal health issues more quickly, minimizing losses and enabling reestablishment of foreign and domestic market access with minimum delay in the wake of an animal disease event". This another attempt by our govenment to stop small farmers and homesteaders from keeping livestock for their personal use, without cost prohibitive measures imposed by this APHIS. This is another chance for us small farmers and homesteaders to make ourselves heard and stop this idiot move just like we did with NAIS. Read about, inform yourselves and start those letters.

When you free your mind your heart can fly. Farmgirl # 714,
