This is what I see every morning when I bring the mommas up to milk. Zarah Belle, Zeke, Lil' Red and Bruno Mars.

Megan, come on down anytime. You are always welcome.

Nicole, it has been a crazy spring so far. All kinds of strange weather all over. I am glad y'all are ok too. It could have been so much worse for sure. And we are getting some showers right now!!!!!!

I'm glad you are okay, Nicole! This year has been so destructive!

Kristin, I wish I lived closer-I'd love to come and play with those cuties!

Yes, we still have one whole week left of school! Last week, we had such a terrible thunderstorm with tornado like winds, that we headed to the basement (not a typical thing to do here), and when it stopped, we were "trapped" in the neighborhood. Both ends of the block were blocked by huge, downed trees. Lots of destruction. Anyway, they were going to add another day of school because they had to cancel a day for the roads, but decided not to. The kids aren't going to have much of a summer.

I know Texas is really dry, too. Wish we could send all y'all some of our rain. Hugs, Kristin!

Still in school? Wow, that's pretty late. Ours got out here the middle of May. I can't imagine having too much rain. We haven't had rain in over a month. Not a thing. All around us but not here. I'm glad you had such a good visit. I will try to get pictures on here of my new lambs. They are so cute. I just hope they will get friendly. The ram wanted to go to his own bed tonight. He gets used to certain things. It's funny how he is. I put him in the barn at night then out front during the day. But in the morning I'll put him back in with the girls.

Hi Kris, Glad you answered. I am good. Finally got the garden in, just need to replace the bird netting on the top. Lost it last winter to the heavy snow. We've had so much rain lately and no sun! Had my in-laws visiting a few weeks from Denmark. Lots of fun. Miss them, the house is more quiet again. Audrey is still in school - getting out so late this year. Post pics of your new lambs!

Hugs,

Nicole

I would love to keep them all but I am running out of room. When I put the moms up front for the night the kids sit right by the gate waiting for them to coem back. I guess it's a good thing it hasn't rained. I guess they would go back into the barn. S I know what ya mean, Sherrye. I love them til they start acting like juvenile delinquints. Thei I am ready for them to go.

Hi Nicole. I am fine. Been gardening. And i just got 3 ewe lambs today! They are in the backyard with Earl the ram lamb. The start of my sheep herd. I am usually on here or the gardeningsection lately. How are you?

Thanks y'all. They are cuties but they are also a handful.

I can tell they are ready for anything. I bet they really love that ac unit. It probably makes a cool noise when their hooves land on it. I feel your pain Kristin......but I also have to laugh cause I know how bad little goaties can be.

All those 3 stinkin' bucks on the right are for sale, Connie. Come on down. I'll make ya a good deal on them. They can be castrated any time now so they will make great lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, tree trimmers. They are cute. But this morning they were all out back jumping on and off the AC unit. The dish is back there too.
