Posted - May 17 2011 : 9:17:22 PM Well, in dog years, that is. His birthday was Sunday. I had a special doggie cake made for him by a local bakery. He ate the last piece tonight. We went for a two-mile walk yesterday and walked a mile tonight. He sleeps more than he used to but he still likes to play. and loves to eat. His black mask is now white but he still does the "doggie dance." he even has "his" couch to sleep on. does he sound a bit spoiled? I think, being a senior citizen, he deserves the best. Puppies are sweet, but old dogs have their appeal as well. Cindy

Posted - May 24 2011 : 2:53:02 PM We had a neighbor that had a boxer that died when he was 17, thats 119 human years! Your boxer still has a lot of good life lift in him. He is not spoiled he is well loved, or at least that what we like to say. Keep on loving him! |
