Posted - Mar 23 2010 : 10:47:23 AM Thursday is the day we are going to pick up our chicks!! I'm just super excited as are the kids. We'll be getting 4. The farm has either 7 week old chicks or 4 week old chicks. I haven't decided which I will get yet. I think I will be getting some buff orpingtons and some ameraucanas. We'll just have to see when we meet them though.

Posted - Mar 23 2010 : 11:41:55 AM It can happen. It took me quite some time but I finally talked my husband into it. Now he's actually excited. He also built their entire coop with reclaimed wood from our old play set. Without plans even!
