We rent, and here's what we can get away with:
Haflingers Nomad
Merlin
Lola
Appendix QU Diamond

BLM burro/ " pink donkey" Pinky
Standard donkey Brownie
Australian shepherds Tank
Poria
" jack/rat/queensland mixes" Oreo
Ratty
Stray black lab puppy Sheba
Barn Cats Silvie
Goldie
Poe
A large number of our animals were rescues at one point.
We are zoned for 4 chickens. lol! But Tank is not kind to chickens or rabbits, so we will not get any chickens until we own and can build a proper pen.
I would like to have goats again someday, and bees, when we own.

2 white male Pekin ducks called The Dudes

1 bred doe****hoping for a couple more dairy goats the pen is now ready**

8 laying hens

I have 2 cow girls, almost 7 month old Roxie Lou and 20 month old Mazie Moo. Then Abby, Faith and Sadie Mae Belle, the Lamancha does and Sandy the Nubian. 3 dogs, Bubba, Sophie and Zoe. Sophie and Zoe are Rat Terriers and will be 13 in July. 6 cats. Soshe, Sybel, Gilbert, Cosmos, Alex and Andy Oakley. 19 hens, only one named. Hildi the Americana, because I can tell her apart from the others. And 2 roos, Jimmy Buffet, the Buff and Mr. Casanova, the game roo. Plus 4 stinkin' bucklings that will remain nameless because they all might be in the freezer in about 8 months. I am still impatiently waiting on Sandy to have hers. Any day now. That's all, folks.

I am only counting farm animals and I don't name what we will be eating or selling, they are 3 nubian/boer cross does ( Belle, Susan and Peanut) who have kids right now, 3 black whiteface heifers who are Tinker, Pauline & Bonnie who are bred and will be calving soon, 3 Sulfolk ewes, Daisy and Natty and Fluffy, they all have lambs right now, my dairy Swissbrown, Molly Moo Cow, who also is due to calf soon. 2 bluebutt sows that are bred and due in about 3 weeks, their names are Petunia and Miss [bleep]y. We have 2 sweet grade ponies, Oliver and Misty, and 2 Quarter horses, Buck and LuLu. We have 5 dogs, Jerico (wolfdog), Ifa (pit/queensland x), Pebbles (staff/bull terrier), Pickles(rat terrier) and Ruby(carin terrier), 3 house cats, YoYo, Whisper and Andy, too many barn cats to name, and 2 parakeets, Sherbert and Blue Boy. also 2 California Desert Tortisises, Tootsie and Lil Man. 6 New Zealand/Californian cross breeding does, they have numbers, and 2 cross bucks who are numbered also. I average 35 laying hens ( red sex links)and 2 roosters with them and no names, plus I raise 80 -100 meat chickens per year, 10-12 turkeys sometimes more and 4-6 geese and 4-6 ducks all for meat, so no names. I think i listed everyone, lol.

Have to laugh because I vowed I wouldnt own certain animals, since they end up owning me. So instead of six hens and two roosters we are fast on our way to dozens more (chicks). And then a friend encouraged me to get back into goats since I make so much cheese and soap from the milk, so alas two new Nubians. Am going to get a couple meat goats. Will be housing four lambs at a friends large property. Do my bee hives count? We have been a bee keeping family since long before I was born. I make so many Tasha Tudor style dipped candles. And am starting to use both the honey and wax in milk based lotions where I also use my home grown French lavander.

Maggie:
I don't have any farm animals, like in a yard or barn, but I do have ducks, alligators, egrets. Things like that that live in the lake behind my house. I do feed them. Do they count? LOL.
