Posted - Mar 16 2010 : 08:38:39 AM This is a sad request, but please pray for me as I have a noon appt to have my 9 yr old House-bunny put to sleep. He's been going down hill for about 6 months. I hate waiting...the clock don't move. I knew I could count on my "Sisters" to be with me in prayer as I do this most difficult thing. I'll write more to you later. Thanks girls! Love you all. Judy

Posted - Mar 16 2010 : 10:08:24 PM Bunnies can get to your heart just like a cat or dog. I'm sorry you had to say good-bye but know that he's finally free of all suffering. On the other side of the rainbow bridge is a lush warren where the rabbits run and play all the day long. He'll be waiting there, and probably hoping you bring a banana. (((Hugs))) cindy |

Posted - Mar 16 2010 : 12:13:31 PM Thank you girls. You're right, an animal that greets you every morning at his door and everytime you leave home and return, leaves a huge hole and a terrible ache. DH came home and we had a little service and burried him with fav chew toys and split a banana with him one last time(his fav treat-always came running from anywhere when you said the word)and I thanked God for Kizzy's 9 1/2 yrs of companionship and sprinkled dirt over him, committing him back to the earth. That's all we can do, right? Thank you all again for your uplifting prayers. It's so wonderful to have my "Sisters" there for me! You are the Bestest!

It's rough making that decision and going through the lost of a loved pet. They become a member of the family and the loss leaves a hole in your heart.
