I was trying to wait till spring to get baby chicks, but went into the feed store and they have them already. There is still snow on the ground here and its still in 30's. But I went and looked at them, and darn if I didnt bring some home!I picked out the silkies and other bantams. arent they too cute??? ill get alot more later.

We are going tomorrow and get some chicks. It's been two years without chicks. I have chicken withdrawal. I will have it fixed tomorrow!!!

Very sweet. I have been avoiding the feed store cuz I know I'll bring some home, but I need to wait a few months!

Forget buns of steel, I'd rather have buns of cinnamon!

Tawny, they are so cute. I couldn't wait either. I am actually incubating eggs now. This my first time doing that. I hope to have a few peeps in about 21 days.

So cute! I have forbidden myself from looking at them this year-I don't need any more hens and they are so irresistable! Enjoy your peeps!

Too cute! They're happy that you took them home.

They are precious. Fuzzy little chicks are very hard to resist.
