Posted - Feb 25 2010 : 1:45:11 PM Our newest addition. We picked her up in the middle of a highway and took her home to find her home. I asked around the area and they didnt know who she belonged to. So I get home and she jumps out and takes off. 2 weeks later she is 10 miles away in the other direction on the side of the road eating a dead animal. She was full of mats and thin. So I took her home again. She has acted like this is her home since day one. She goes out the dog door, herds the horses at night, checks on the chickens and doesnt touch them, chases off any critters.. she will follow me to the end of drive and stop. i brushed her and cut mats out and she is putting on weight. I love my big polar bear girl. I have posted at vets, shelters and papers and no one has claimed her. She is a young full blood great pyerenees. I named her Shy ann.

Posted - Feb 25 2010 : 2:51:19 PM Oh, she looks just like my Lily. My GP is a white faced girl too. Lily loves all my critters. We have our whole property fenced, with a gate on the driveway. I am afraid Ms. Lily would roam no telling where, if we didn't. I am so glad she found you.
