Channah...you are soooo lucky to have her! I live in town so I can't have farm animals. But, I would if I could if they would let me. She is just so cute! Enjoy her.

Brenda, I am the same with you!! My dad said I was treating her like a baby at first! lol
Marla, I feel so blessed! I wake up in the night and put my hand on her to make sure she is real and is breathing! I just can't believe she is here! What a wonderful and beautiful blessing she is!!

Channah, you must feel so blessed. She is a doll. You just want to pick her up and cuddle her. Sigh! I miss living on the farm with all my babies. Guess I will go hug my pug. LoL closest thing I have to a baby.

Ebony fits her just right! Don't you just want to hug, hug and hug her!!! I'm really bad with baby animals. I want to bring them in and rock them. I just love babies of all kinds! Have fun with her and take good care of her, as I'm sure you will.

awwww, thank you ladies!!! I gave her big hug for you all!!! I read a little to her today and she feel right asleep. I don't know if that is good or bad. Maybe she thinks my reading is boring!!! She loves her name!! Every time I say... Ebony!!! she wags her little tail! So cute!! When she was born I asked her if she would like her name to be Maggie and she cryed really
loud so I new she didn't like it. lol

Aren't baby goats just the most wonderful things? (I love my lamby's too, but they just don't have the personalities of those little goat babies!) The good Lord above knows I need more goats like I need a hole in my head, but I am hoping that my bucks accomplished what they set out to do -- even though I did NOT let them out for breeding. (they let THEMSELVES out!) All my babies last year (40+, and the 3 SURPRISES 3mos ago), were from ONE buck and he is now in lockdown-- naughty boy! I REALLY want babies from my other boys, especially since one of them passed away just after Christmas. Not sure what happened. He was fine one day, dead the next. I was so sad. I cried and cried while digging a hole big enough to bury MYSELF in that day... I just didn't (and STILL DON'T) understand what happened to him. sigh... one of those mysteries of farm life, BUT, I'm hoping he left a little legacy-- or TWO -- Behind.

I gave her a big hug and a kiss from all of you!! She is so small and cute!! Thsi picture makes her look bigger but she is small and beautiful!! Her name is Ebony Jane. I cal her ebby for short. Well she is just waking up from her nap and is calling me!

Ah, she is just too stinkin' cute, Channah! I love her already. I think my Sandy's kids will look like that this time. I am so excited to have real full Nubian's. She is a doll. I know she will be (probably is already) the most spoiled loved goat baby around. In Washington, anyway. Enjoy her, Channah. Give her a big ole goatie kiss for me, ok?
