My mom "adopted" a few feral cats from a neighbor who moved and left them. She started feeding them. Now there are over 30. Maybe more. And they of course are becoming inbred and some are blind and deaf and have other problems. I think this may be good for her. It is put in the food once a week to prevent female cats from going in to heat. It's benn FDA approved since the '50's. Also safe for the males and kittens to eat since they all eat the same food.
Just wondering if anyone has used it already or if you've ever heard of it. And what do ya'll think? I don't know the price yet but it said it's very reasonable.

Posted - Feb 20 2010 : 08:19:01 AM I have never heard of that but it would be worth the try. We have a few male feral cats around, I would like to put a little something in their food.
Forget buns of steel, I'd rather have buns of cinnamon!
