Very interesting, probally a stolen horse ( backwards halter) broken leg?, I hope who ever was with this animal at least shot him, and did not let him suffer. Or they might find a humanbody/skeleton somewhere close by, and that would add more mystery. I would think something would come up in the police archives if there was a missing/stolen horse and possible rider thou.
