I'm very excited to announce that my latest book has just been released! The Field Guide to Horses (text by yours truly and photography by Daniel Johnson, published by Voyageur Press) is now available, and we're really happy with how it turned out. The book contains over 80 breed profiles, and also covers colors, markings, and patterns. There are full-color photographs throughout. We've been working on this book for well over a year, so it's a nice feeling to have the finished product in our hands. :-)

Kris--there's a very nice book in the same series as my horse book, called The Field Guide to Cattle ( http://www.amazon.com/Field-Guide-Cattle-Valerie-Porter/dp/0760331928/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1262665003&sr=8-1 ) I didn't write it :-), but I have a copy and it's a very interesting book.
