80 vouchers given out every hour. These vouchers are to be used by May 31st. I wish my pets needed shots so I could save $20 but none of them are up for boosters until next year! I hope someone can save some money by using these.

Yes, I think they are for all over. You can read the rules after clicking on the site. I read that some people are having trouble "winning" the voucher since they are just giving out 80 an hour but they said if you click on there around the start of the hour you have a uch better chance of getting it.
