Posted - Apr 02 2008 : 12:09:50 PM Red worms, to compost our garbage. I'm excited. Composting just doesn't work for us in the winter. I'm hoping to get a good start with the worms over the summer so they'll be all set next winter (cant' have them shipped to WI when it's freezing outside!)
Here's a link with good info: www.wormwoman.com
I'm also talking my son's daycare into getting worms!

Posted - Apr 02 2008 : 3:27:28 PM Hey Alicia..our itty bitty city backyard (yes, I missed out on that alternate rapper career! :D ) has a compost bin that uses worms. We get great compost and compost tea and last year had an excellent yield. I'm sure you'll see the same :D
