Red worms, to compost our garbage. I'm excited. Composting just doesn't work for us in the winter. I'm hoping to get a good start with the worms over the summer so they'll be all set next winter (cant' have them shipped to WI when it's freezing outside!)

Yea, I should have posted on April Fools Day :) I was just a little late.
My worms will be here on Friday...it IS funny what makes a farmgirl happy. :)

LOL ..glad it isn't the other..but something useful..ha. isn't it funny the things that can excite a farmgirl??worms and dirty fingernails and just playing in the dirt..ha.

Okay you have made my day!!! I saw that and was like OH MY, then I read the post, hahahahah Thanks for the giggle, and like another said, it is really a rare thing for someone to be so excited over "getting" worms, Especially the way I took it. Glad it is not that way

Hey Alicia..our itty bitty city backyard (yes, I missed out on that alternate rapper career! :D ) has a compost bin that uses worms. We get great compost and compost tea and last year had an excellent yield. I'm sure you'll see the same :D
