I didn't get the whole horse but I was trying to show her saddled. That's a ring snaffle bridle hanging off the saddle horn. Quite a tushie, eh??

I got the whole horse this time but her head looks big!! But still that gorgeous bum! I left my camera at home that day.
I will say she does know how to buck and spectacularly too. But once she relaxed she put an ear on me and even will pay attention to my voice commands. I think the seller kind of fried her mind and she's finally relaxing enuf for me to ride her. She's a great ride. The first time it took me about 5 mins. to get the bit in her mouth but the second day it was only about 30 seconds. That's why I'm using a ring snaffle. Anywho, this is my girl! I don't like mares particularly but I dun good with her!

But I don't know how wild these horses really are but they do look like Mustangs to me...just a funny!! Rub it in!!

Posted - Dec 18 2007 : 11:50:37 AM I've got one in here right now, and I agree that one at a time is a pretty good number, lol! Of course, I've also got the other two who need training and with the wet winter here, that's not happening like I wish it were.

Posted - Dec 17 2007 : 11:19:46 AM Oh Tracey, you are a card!! hehehe... Yep, she has spots...all the better, if you ask me!! :-)
Little by little she's getting it together. The TB gelding she rescued is coming along too. All in all, it's giving her mind something to do instead on dwelling on widowhood. She's coming around. She was going to rent out the extra stalls but isn't ready to deal with all the people just yet. (I warned her about that!). She's finding out there are plenty of horses to take in, fix up and resell or rehome but she's sticking to one at a time right now, which I think is the smart thing to do.
