How Cute. Kittykittykitty. My cat looks very much like the cat in front of the book except she is a long haired cat. Someone told me she looks like a Maine Coon. She has the same colors and a long swishy tail that she keeps straight up like a flag pole. Isabella (Izzy) jumps in the shower when I turn the water off and starts licking the water off the shower floor. She is one nutty cat. She marches on my husbands back when he's in bed and boy does he love her. She really gets into it. My other cat, Cashmere sits in the window beside my shower and just howels while I shower and when I get out she is all over me. Its a nut house when we shower with those two crazy cats carrying on!Cashmere pushes her way into my lap when I am sewing and I just reach around her. Read a paper, she can't stand it. They are hilarious. They chase my min-pin, Snoop, up the front stairs and here they come flying down the back stairs! Next thing here they go again in reverse-Snoop chasing kitty girls. When they all catch up to each other they just line up and start over again. Harmless. They tickle us to pieces.

I don't know if it's my computer, but I don't see the first pictures. Everything is x'd out.

There is a disadvantage to super-tame chickens. They don't take no for an answer! We absolutely cannot eat ANYTHING in the backyard if the girls aren't locked up. Otherwise it becomes a scene from the movie "The Birds" ("The Chickens"?); they will perch on the chair arms, jump up on the chairbacks, hop on the table or sit on the lap of the hapless diner and try to steal whatever is on the menu... including chicken.

What's with orange cats? Mine does the same thing with the bath tub. And here's his littermate

I wish my chickens were that tame, Maria!

Whenever I am sewing, my cat (who looks like the one in the pictures) will not leave me alone!! Also, and this is kinda weird...whenever I am taking a bath, he comes in, jumps onto the edge and drinks the water I am bathing in! He will even be so bold as to place one of his paws on my body while he gets his drinks! I have to close the door tightly when I go into the bath, and then he will ram himself into it over and over like a linebacker and when that fails, he will keep running his paws under the door like that will open it!

Cute pictures!! Made me laugh thinking about those pesky animals!

I don't have that problem at the computer, but my big old yellow cat, Pumpkin sits on my feet when I kneel to work in the garden. He is my garden buddy for sure. He is very polite though, and never lays on the seedlings. He has helped me garden for 11 years now!

I was working out back on my laptop at the patio table. One of our pullets jumped up on the arm of my chair and stuck her head right over my keyboard to see if I was playing with something edible.

Yes, but mine licks. That last picture is so familiar. Usually the last thing I see before I get licked. Ick. Or she'll come sneaking out and lick my ankle when I'm not looking. We have a dog in a cat suit. She even comes when we whistle. Crazy cat, but we love her. You know how it is!

We make a difference.

My mom does! She has a huge cat tabby cat- probably over 15 lbs that things she rules the house. If you don't pet her RIGHT NOW she will reach up and slap you with her paw. Luckily it is more of a Pat Pat, but she is pretty insistent. And my mom's other cat is a tiny black cat (we think she has siamese in her) and she only wants to be petted when it is HER idea! LOL But if you happen to be on the computer or reading the newspaper, she will get between you and what you are trying to do. She will even lay on keyboards or the newspaper to try and get your attention.

Those are super cute photos though! :D
