Here is Evelyn this evening..isn't she so pretty? I really wish I could get her picture at full run..she was really running around and around Mona today but when I got out there with the camera, of course she stopped. Oh well.

Dairys and alot of people separate them right away and bottle feed or put them on milk replacer. I kept our bull calf last year for two weeks ( he stayed with Mona the whole time) but Evelyn will get more like 5 weeks total. That will give her a good start. She is already nibbling hay and grass. By the time she leaves she will be eating on her own and can have supplement bottles if Libbie wants to go there (milk replacer)

She is beautiful, Jenny. Miss Mona must be a proud mama.
What a pretty color she is, too!

How funny Jonni! I do the exact same teeth thing! I thought I was the only one that did this! Anyhoo...I just love Evelyn. I wish I could give her a big kiss too. She's just beautiful. Thanks Jenny for the great photo.

It's those eyes! They're so inky dark, and full of wonder. Jersey's have the BEST eyes (and lashes).

Looking at her photos made me grit my teeth, which is what happens when I see a cute animal I want to squeeze and kiss!! Happens that way since I was little. Must be my sign of "super appoval"!

She is so pretty, and you can see how soft she is. Calves are soo cute. Your Jerseys are so dark, and my Summer is really light. The color differences are amazing. Michele

Quite a nice head on that little girl. It sure is hard to get a running picture. Usually all I get is they're behinds saying 'good-bye'. MaryBeth
