I just noticed in some of the forums that some 1+ year old posts are being answered...is there a polite way to let someone know to check the date before answering a post? It dredges up old threads which have already been answered/completed.

Ok, thanks Carol! I wasn't sure what the protocol was on that! I know some forums will lock very old threads in order to get members to create new ones, so I was unsure.

Hi Amanda. I noticed the new posts on the old topics too. We do encourage new members to read through the old posts before they start new topics, so I think it's okay if they go ahead and post on those too. It's nice to renew the older topics once in a while, and it might spark some new discussion there.

Thanks girls - happy posting!
